PTO Pattern Subtask

This screen displays when you click the PTO Pattern subtask link in the Organization Budget Cycle Initialization screen. Use this screen to change the PTO pattern for the budget/outlook. This pattern works in conjunction with the Holiday Schedule by removing from calculation the available hours to work. Since direct, indirect, and non-labor costs are the basis of revenue, it is important to reflect PTO properly, based on holidays.

The pattern, per accounting calendar period, should be equal 100%. If PTO is spread evenly, you’ll get variances in reporting.

Fiscal Year

This column displays the Fiscal Year.

Total

This column displays the total PTO days.

Month

This column displays the month were PTO was taken.
