Hours Breakdown All Periods (Variance Report Type)

The All Periods table displays when you click All Periods in the Hours Breakdown screen for the Variance report type. Use this table to view, print, or export labor hour variances by employee for all hours charged and budgeted to the project, as well as potential revenue variance based on hours multiplied by Contract Labor rates, for all accounting periods.

The table below describes the columns that display for all levels of detail.

Column Headings	Description
Project	This column displays the Project ID.
Empl/Vend	This column displays name of the employee or vendor.
Bud Proj	This column displays the project budget number.
Source	This column displays the source, either cost or budget.
Hours Var	This column displays the hours variance.
Month/Year	These columns begin with the current month and show data back six months.
