Direct Project Cost Categories (CPT1,BPT1,PPT1)

Use this screen to display a summary of cost, budget, and variance information for top level direct projects by cost category.

Select from the following top level report parameters.

Report Type

Select the type of report you want to display. Choose from the following options:

Project - Select this option to include inactive projects when the report is displayed.
Tasks - Select this option to include inactive tasks when the report is displayed.

If you selected the Budget or Variance Type, select one of the following from the drop-down list:

Select from the following sub report parameters.

Select this check box to display all subtasks.

Select this check box to display combined burned cost details.

Select this check box to display combined all period details.

To display level-down cost elements or actual burdened cost breakdown details, choose from the following subtask links:

Top Level - Click this link to display to budget information for top level direct projects..
Level Down - Click this link to display summary budget information for sub-tasks at the next level down.
Burdened Cost - Click this link to display only the burdened cost breakdown category details. After the table opens, a link for the next level down displays. Thereafter, each table you open includes a link to the next level down.
All Periods - Click this link if you want the report to include all periods levels of detail.

The only projects that display are those that have budgets and those to which you have access based on Org security and project reporting rights.
