Delete Saved Filters from Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes

Use Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to delete saved filters from billable jobs that have open Price Quotes (PQs).

To use Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a saved filter from billable jobs that have open PQs:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Billable Jobs with Open Price Quotes.
3. On the grid toolbar, click Show/Hide Filter .
4. In the Filter dialog box, use the Last Used Filter drop-down list to select the filter that you want to delete.
5. Click Organize Filters and select Delete Current Filter.
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the saved filter immediately.
6. Click Close .
