Alerts by Structure Levels Table (Multi-Project)
The Alerts by Structure Levels table on the Data Validation and Views tab displays, by contract and structure element, the number of alerts that resulted from data validation checks. You can click on a row in the Data Validation Check column to focus the analytics on the results of one of the validation checks.
Table Format
The Alerts by Structure Levels table is a pivot table. In pivot tables, you cannot change the order of data in the table as you can with most other tables in wInsight Analytics.
To drill down to alert counts by structure elements for a contract, click
in that contract's cell in the
Contract column of the table.
To drill down to alert counts by validation check for an element, click
in that element's cell in the
Level column of the table.
Table Data
wInsight Analytics validates data for lowest level elements in the structure, for control accounts, and for work packages. Which of these the validation alert counts are taken from depends on your selections in Level of Detail to Display. If you make a selection in CA or WP, the alert counts are for validation checks done at the control account or work package level, depending on your selection. If you make no selections in Level of Detail to Display or you select options other than CA or WP, the alert counts are for validation checks done at the lowest-level of the structure. The alerts are then rolled up, if necessary, to display the counts at the structure level you select in the Level column of the table.
You can also make selections in Level of Detail to Display to control which elements are included in the alert counts displayed in the table.
