Views Table (Multi-Project)

The bottom table on the Data Validation and Views tab displays the data for the standard or custom wInsight view that you select in the List of Views list. The wInsight Analytics data model includes all standard and custom views that have been created in wInsight and loaded into the analytics data model.

Table Format

The Views table is a straight (non-pivot) table. You can double-click any column heading to sort the rows based on the values in that column. You can also drag columns to a new location to change their order.

Table Data

The data items included in the Views table depends entirely upon the view you select in the List of Views list. The columns change as you switch from one view to another.

The options you select under Level of Detail to Display control the elements for which the table displays data. Using those options, you can restrict the elements to any of the following:

• Elements at one or more specific structure levels
• Lowest level elements
• Control accounts
• Work packages

By combining two or more of these options, you can further restrict the elements. For example, if you select a specific element level in Element Level and also select Control Accounts in CA or WP, the table displays data only for control accounts assigned to elements at the specified structure level.
