In most filter lists, you can select one or multiple filter values.
To select one or more values in a filter list, complete the following steps:

Scroll or search the filter list or filter option set to locate the first filter value you want.

Do one of the following:
- To select only that value, click it.
- To select multiple values that are listed together, click the first value, hold down the mouse button, and drag the mouse pointer over the other values.
- To select multiple values that are not listed together, press and hold down the
CTRL key as you click each of the values.
