Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Perform General Setup on Polaris Side

Learn the general steps to set up the Polaris side of a Talent Management and Polaris integration.

To set up the Polaris side for integration:

  1. Ask the Replicon team to enable the Talent integration feature flag for your tenant.
  2. Log into Polaris.
  3. Select Projects > Create Projects. If a project already exists, you can select List and click a project to open it.
  4. Click Resourcing > Resource Plan tab.
  5. Click theRequest Resources link.
  6. Select the desired role.
  7. Click Allocate resource.
  8. In the Resource Allocation Workspace, on the left panel request section, click the three dots and select to be hired.
