Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use this screen to view user license information and all the modules, features, and languages purchased by your organization.

This screen shows all available user licenses, broken down by active and inactive users.

Field Description
Licensed Products This is a list of all Talent Management products or modules purchased by your organization. For example, Performance, Learning, and Development.
Licensed Features This is a list of all features purchased by your organization. For example Integration Events and Mobile Support.
Licensed Languages This is a list of all languages purchased.
User License Counts This section lists all licensed users broken down by all Available, those who are Active, and those who are Inactive.
