  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Enable the Send a Text Message and SMS Notification Features

Follow these steps to enable the features required to integrate Twilio SMS and Deltek Talent Management.

To enable the Send a Text Message and the SMS Notification Features:

  1. Log in to Deltek Talent Management.
  2. On the Features screen (Administration » Global Settings » System Administration » Features), select the Global group and type Send a Text Message into the Global Filter field.
  3. Check the Send a Text Message feature to enable it. This automatically enables the feature for those in the Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and Administrators User Groups.
  4. Type SMS Notification in the Global Filter field.
  5. Check the SMS Notification option. The Use SMS Notificationsub-feature is not required.
  6. Click Update Features.

To enable the Send a Text Message feature for groups other than Administrator, Recruiter, or Hiring Manager, repeat steps 2 and 3, selecting the appropriate Group from the Select a Group field in step 2. Alternatively, you can disable this feature for applicable groups, if needed. For example, if you don't want Hiring Managers to be able to send texts, open the Hiring Manager group in Features and disable Send a Text Message.
