Report Printers Tab of Report Administration

Use the Report Printers tab of the Report Administration form to view the list of available printers for reports. Printer information includes the printer name, location, model, and description, as well as other default printer information.

Report Printers Grid

Use this grid to view the printers that are available for printing reports.

Report Printers

Click the drop-down arrow to display the following options:

Print — Select this option to display the Print Preview form with the grid’s contents displayed.
Export to Excel — Select this option to display the Microsoft Excel application with the grid’s contents displayed.

Refresh

Click this button to update the list of printers available for server side report printing.

Grid Columns

Field Name	Description
Printer Name	Use this column to view the name of the printer.
Location	Use this column to view the location of the printer.
Model	Use this column to view the model of the printer.
Description	Use this column to view the description of the printer.
Allow Collate	If the printer is capable for collating this check box is marked. This depends on the printer settings.
Allow Color	If the printer is capable of colored printing this check box is marked. This depends on the printer settings.
Default Page Type	Use this column to view the default page type.
Default Tray	Use this column to view the default paper tray.
