Use the Form Designer to adjust the layout of a form, make changes to custom and source fields, and set the properties of the form elements.
To customize form elements, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป Workflow Type Configuration.
Click Form Designer on the form toolbar.
Select the tab where you want to customize the elements. You can rearrange the order of the tabs by dragging a tab to the new position.
Click an element to customize. You can change the properties of an element by updating the fields on the Properties panel on the right side of the form.
Perform any of the following actions:
To select multiple elements, click one element then, while pressing CTRL, click another element. You can also click any part of the form and drag the cursor around the elements you want to customize.
To resize an element, drag the crosshair cursor on top of a selected element. You can also type the exact values in the Height and Width fields on the Properties panel.
To adjust the position of an element, drag it to another location on the form. Alignment lines display when you adjust the position of an element on the form using your mouse. You can also select the exact position of an element by entering the values in the Left and Top fields on the Properties panel.
To change the caption of an element, enter the new caption over the current label on the Properties panel.
To move an element to another tab, drag the element to a location outside the current tab. Then click the other tab where you want to move the element and drag the element to a location on that tab
Click OK to save the changes.
