Associated Teams Tab of Firm Setup - Proposals

A firm can have many associated teams, but each team can only be related to one firm.

When you add an team on the Associated Teams tab, GovWin Capture Management checks to ensure that the team is not associated with any other firm. If it is, GovWin Capture Management alerts you of this problem and prompts you to select a different team.

An team must already exist in the GovWin Capture Management database before you can enter it on the Associated Teams tab.

Teams Grid

Field	Description
Teams drop-down	Click the drop-down arrow on a grid header to complete any of the following actions: To print grid data, click Print. When the Print Preview form displays, click File > Print to send the grid data to your default printer. To export grid data to an Excel spreadsheet, click Export to Excel. When Microsoft Excel opens, use its features to modify, print, or email the data, or to save the spreadsheet file locally. To turn on grouping for a grid, click Enable Grouping. When a field displays with the instruction: "Drag a column header here to group by that column," drag and drop column headers into this field, in the sequence that you want them to display. Not all options are available on all grids.
Insert	Click this option to insert an associated team in the Teams grid. Because an team may only be related to one firm, GovWin Capture Management checks to ensure that the selected team is not affiliated with any other firm. If it is, GovWin Capture Management alerts you of this problem and prompts you to select a different team.
Delete	Click this option to delete an associated team from the Teams grid. When you remove an team from the grid, you do not also delete it from the database.
Teams	This field lists the team code.
Team Name	This field lists the team name.
Team Status	This field displays the team status: Active — The team is currently in use. Inactive — The team is not currently used and is not available on the list of active teams that displays on the team lookup. Dormant — The team is not allowed for use in GovWin Capture Management. You can only insert active or inactive teams on this grid.
