Add a Comment to a Conversation
You can participate in a conversation by adding a comment.
To add a comment to a conversation:
- Click the conversation to open it.

In the Conversation Information dialog box, enter your comment in the
Comment field at the bottom of the conversation.
A number of options are available, including:
Option Description 
Format the comment text. 
Mark the comment as urgent or high priority. 
Mention a person or group. When you mention people, they are notified by email. 
Attach a file to your comment. Note: Select Quick reply if you want to quickly post comments by pressing Enter. You must deselect this option if you want to create paragraphs and multiple lines in your comments. -
Click
Send to submit your comment to the conversation.
Alternatively, you can add a quick comment to a conversation from your Home page. Hover over the conversation that you want to add a comment to, and click
to expand it. Enter your comment in the
Comment field, and then press
Enter to submit the comment.
