Add a Comment to a Conversation

You can participate in a conversation by adding a comment.

To add a comment to a conversation:

  1. Click the conversation to open it.
  2. In the Conversation Information dialog box, enter your comment in the Comment field at the bottom of the conversation. A number of options are available, including:
    Option Description
    Format the comment text.
    Mark the comment as urgent or high priority.
    Mention a person or group. When you mention people, they are notified by email.
    Attach a file to your comment.
    Note: Select Quick reply if you want to quickly post comments by pressing Enter. You must deselect this option if you want to create paragraphs and multiple lines in your comments.
  3. Click Send to submit your comment to the conversation. Alternatively, you can add a quick comment to a conversation from your Home page. Hover over the conversation that you want to add a comment to, and click to expand it. Enter your comment in the Comment field, and then press Enter to submit the comment.
