Project Space Overview

Learn about the home page of a project space.

The home page of a project space displays only conversations and documents that you have access to within the space. The home page of a space is split into two tabs: Conversations and Documents.

Conversations Tab

The Conversations tab is similar to that of your Home page, except it displays only conversations for the space you are viewing. You can choose to show only your highlights, favorites, or muted conversations by selecting the corresponding sub-tab. You can also start a new conversation within the space, and manage tags for existing conversations.

The table below describes the columns that are displayed on the Conversations tab of a project space's home page.

Column Description
Content Type The icon of the file type that is associated with the conversation.
Title The title of the conversation or document.
The number of new comments made against the conversation or document since you last logged in.

You can click this number to set all comments to read.

Indicates if you, or everyone in the space, was mentioned in any of the comments.
The number of members that are associated with the conversation or document.

You can hover over the number to display all users. If you click the number, you will navigate to the People tab for the conversation.

Favorite Indicates if the conversation is one of your personal favorites. If a conversation is currently a favorite, the icon is displayed as . You can click the favorite icon to add or remove the conversation from your favorites.
Actions available for the conversation. You can add and remove favorite conversations and documents. You can also mute (hide) or unmute (show) conversations on your Home page.

Expanding and Collapsing Conversations

The default view when viewing conversations displays only the titles of conversations. You can expand the view to display the last three comments for each conversation by clicking Expand All. Expanding the view also allows you to add a quick comment to a conversation without having to open it. Alternatively, you can expand a specific conversation. To do this, hover over the conversation, and click .

To collapse all conversations again, click Expand All to disable it.

Documents Tab

The Documents tab provides access to all documents that you have access to in the space, organized within a folder hierarchy. You can preview, download, sort, and filter documents in the view. Access rights are managed at the folder level, and depending on what permissions you have, a number of folder and document management options are available.
