Email Digests

Summaries of document updates in spaces can be sent to members at defined intervals.

An email digest provides members with a summary of new documents, and updates to existing documents. This ensures members are always kept up to date with project documents without having to log in to Collaboration. Links are provided within email digests to allow members to access any new or updated documents. Users will only receive email digests for documents they have access to.

As a space owner, you can modify the frequency and time of day when email digests are sent to members for a specific space. Members can choose to enable or disable email digests in their profile settings.
