Sort Documents

You can sort the list of documents in the current document view by a selected document field.

To sort documents in a space:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Spaces.
  2. Click the space to navigate to it. To search for a space, enter the name in the Search Spaces field.
  3. Click the Documents tab to select it.
  4. Navigate to the document folder in which you want to sort.
  5. From the Sort drop-down list, select the field you want to sort by.
    Tip: You can also click the column headers for Number, Revision, Title, and Originating Organization to sort the list of documents.
