You can schedule by either employee or project.

Schedule by employee if you have permission to see all projects. You can make scheduling decisions based on employee workload and also manage employee workload as the project proceeds.

Before you begin

• View employee hours.

To schedule hours by employee

1. In the unshaded cells, enter the number of hours per week for the employee.

2. Review the columns to evaluate employee workload. Depending on your security settings, you may also see dollar amounts based on billing rates.

For example, review the weekly totals to determine which employees are overutilized or underutilized.
