Deposit Summary report

unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Payroll add-on

Use this report to see the amounts deposited to accounts for withholding on employee paychecks for federal and state taxes. For each tax, the report lists the contribution, taxable, and subject-to amounts for employee and employer contributions. This report lists processed and paid employee payroll checks.

Producing the report

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Deposit Summary.

Report options

Option Description

Company

Multi-company only. The report contains information for all companies in your organization, unless you select a specific company in this field.

Period

The report contains information for the current month, unless you select a different time period in this field.

State

The report contains information for all state taxes unless you select a specific state.

Tax

The report contains information for all taxes unless you select a specific tax.

After changing report options, click (Refresh).

Option Description

Report title

You can change the title of the report.

Report contents

The report displays the Contribution, Taxable, and Subject-To columns for employee and employer contributions:

Tax Description

The name of the tax

Contribution

The amount of taxes paid

Taxable

The amount of taxable wages

Subject-To

The amount of wages subject-to the tax. The subject-to amount is the taxable amount up to the wage limit, if any.

Total Contribution

The total tax amount paid
