Deduction - Fringe Register report

unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Payroll add-on

Use these reports to review amounts and totals for deductions or fringe benefits.

Ajera automatically produces the Deduction report. You can produce either the Deduction report or the Fringe report by clicking (Customize), and making a selection in the Report Type field.

Producing the report

From the > Reports menu, click Payroll > Deduction - Fringe Register.

Report options

Option Description

Company

Multi-company only. The report contains information for all companies in your organization, unless you select a specific company in this field.

Period

The report contains information for the current month, unless you select a different time period in this field.

Deduction or Fringe

Ajera uses only one of these fields depending on if you select Deduction or Fringe in (Customize) > Report Type field.

The report contains information for all deductions or all fringes unless you select a specific deduction or fringe in the Deduction or Fringe field on the main report window.

After changing report options, click (Refresh).

Option Description

Detail sort order

Prints the employee name in First, Middle, Last name order or in Last, First, Middle name order

Report type

Produces the Deduction report or Fringe report depending on your selection in this field

Use drilldown

If selected, you can drill down to further detail on the report. If cleared, the report automatically displays the detail at the lowest level.
