Creating organizational levels

unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Departments add-on

If your corporate structure is complex or consists of multiple layers, you might want to use organizational levels.

Organizational levels provide Ajera with labels that reflect the structure of your company, which you can use to create reporting entities.

Ajera automatically assigns Company as the highest level and Department as the lowest level.

To create organizational levels

1. From the > Setup menu, click Company > Financials > Organizational Levels.
2. In the second field from the top, enter the name of the next organizational level in your firm. Department automatically appears in the field below.
3. If needed, click the next field and enter the name of the next organizational level in your firm.
4. Continue this process until you define all the organizational levels between the highest level and the Department level.
5. Click Save.
