Ask Dela is only available for Ajera Cloud Users

Ask Dela is an Open AI-powered digital assistant designed to enhance your experience with Ajera by enabling natural language queries of your Ajera data.

With Ask Dela, you can easily access:

  • All project record fields, including custom fields reported at the project level only.

  • Project financial data using the Project base as a calculation source.

  • All client record data, including custom fields.

  • Employee data associated with projects.

  • All contact record information, including custom fields and project and client associations.

You can also use Ask Dela to help draft emails and review project financials to help you analyze the financial health of a single project, spot risks, and identify opportunities for improved results. By offering concise project summaries and facilitating targeted data retrieval, Ask Dela improves decision-making and optimizes productivity within Ajera.

System Access to Ask Dela

Ask Dela needs to be enabled at the system level and for each role that requires access to Ask Dela.

Role Access to Ask Dela

Ask Dela recognizes the role's access to View Employee Cost, so an employee will not see cost if their role does not allow it. Likewise, if an employee has View my projects only selected, they will only see information on projects where they are a project manager, principal-in-charge, or marketing contact.
