Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Launch 360 Appraisals

Launch 360 appraisals on the Performance tab of the Project Teams screen.

To launch 360 appraisals:

  1. Click Career Center.
  2. Click Career Development.
  3. Click Project Teams.
  4. Click the link for a particular project team.
  5. Click the Performance tab link.
  6. On the 360 grid of the Performance tab, click in the Actions column next to a team member’s name to create a 360 appraisal for a single employee or click the Launch 360 Appraisal for All Members Listed button to create a 360 appraisal for all members on a team.
  7. If desired, click the Print icon to print the appraisal.
  8. If needed, click the Delete icon to cancel the 360 appraisal for a particular team member.
