Use this procedure to edit the source in a workflow. The Editable check box in the Source Fields on Workflow grid on the Fields on Form tab is disabled if a workflow type is set to use the Automatic Update method of source information.
To edit the source in a workflow, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป Workflow Type Configuration.
Using the Workflow Type Configuration form, navigate to the workflow type to which you want to add the field using the VCR buttons or the Search field.
On the General tab, change the Workflow Source Information Update Method option from Automatic Update to Manual Update.
On the form toolbar, click Save.
