Opportunity Info Center Form
Use the Opportunity Info Center tabs to enter and review information about your opportunities, link related files and Info Center records to your opportunity records, and schedule opportunity activities.
Connect for Microsoft Outlook is an optional GovWin Capture Management module that makes it possible for you to manage GovWin Capture Management customers, contacts, vendor/partners, and opportunities, all from Microsoft Outlook. Connect for Microsoft Outlook does not replace the Customer, Contact, Vendor/Partner, or Opportunity Info Centers. You use it in addition to the Info Centers, to access and manage GovWin Capture Management Info Center records from either application.

With the exception of the IQ ID field, this information is for reference only and cannot be changed in GovWin Capture Management. You can use the GovWin IQ Web Service utility to keep this data synchronized with the latest data in GovWin IQ. - Service Estimate Tab of Opportunity Info Center
The Service Estimate tab provides an overview of the estimated services and materials required for an opportunity. As you enter the labor, expense, consultant, or unit cost estimates for an opportunity, you can refresh the data to see an updated analysis of each estimate. - Team Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Team tab to organize information about the team of employees and vendor/partners who work on an opportunity. - Customers/Contacts Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Customers/Contacts tab to link customer or contact records to an opportunity record. - Proposals Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Proposals tab to track the proposals associated with an opportunity. For any one opportunity, you may need to submit more than one proposal. - Competitive Position Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Competitive Position tab to enter details about the companies who are your key competitors for the opportunity. - Activities Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Activities tab to schedule opportunity activities directly from individual opportunity records. - Customer Team Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Customer Team tab of the Opportunity Info Center to enter details about the customer team with whom you will be working as you pursue the opportunity. - Location Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use this tab to enter, edit, or review address information for an opportunity. - Contract Codes Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Contract Codes tab to enter the contract codes associated with an opportunity. - Marketing Campaigns Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Marketing Campaigns tab to associate one or more marketing campaigns with an opportunity record. To associate a marketing campaign record with an opportunity record, add it to the Marketing Campaigns grid. Both records reflect the association. - Files Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Files tab to link one or more external text files, graphics files, or email messages to an opportunity record. When you add a file to the Files grid, GovWin Capture Management creates a hyperlink between the file path specified in the File Path field on the grid and the file. Click the file path to open the file from the current record. - Team Reviews Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Team Reviews tab of the Opportunity Info Center to enter notes from the proposal review teams assigned to work on the opportunity. - Post Award Debrief Tab of Opportunity Info Center
If you do not win the contract, use the Post Award Debrief tab to enter details about your debriefing session. - Estimated Revenue Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Estimated Revenue tab to enter dates on which you expect to receive revenue. Use the Opportunity Forecast Reports to review this data and to analyze the potential revenue stream for the opportunity. - Documents Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Documents tab to associate a document with an opportunity record. You can check out a document for exclusive access, edit it, then check it back in to make it available to other users. You can also view the document's version history. - FedSources Info Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the FedSources Info tab to manage opportunities that are imported directly from the Federal Sources, Inc. (FSI) lead generation service. - Procurement Details Tab of Opportunity Info Center
Use the Procurement Details tab to enter procurement information for the opportunity.
