Enabling Ask Dela
Ask Dela is only available for Ajera Cloud Users
Enable Ask Dela for interactive conversations about Ajera project, project financial, client, and contact information. Deltek's digital assistant provides users with the ability to leverage generative artificial intelligence technology to ask questions and receive responses about Ajera project, client, and contact information.
You need to enable Ask Dela at the system level as well as enable Ask Dela for each role that requires access
To enable Ask Dela

From the
> Setup > Company, click Preferences. -
On the General tab, select the Enable Ask Dela check box.

Click Save.

Read the disclaimer about activating Ask Dela.

If you agree to the terms of use, click Yes.
After you enable Ask Dela at the system level, you need to enable it for each role that requires access to the digital assistant.
To enable role access for Ask Dela

From the
> Setup > Company, click Roles. -
Select the role for which you want to enable access.

On the General tab, select the Allow access to Ask Dela check box.

Click Save.

Repeat steps 2-4 for any other roles that need access to Ask Dela.
Ask Dela recognizes the role's access to view employee cost and view My Projects only.
