Use the
Organization list on the WBS OBS View tab in wInsight Analytics – Multi-Project to select one or more consolidated organizations or OBS elements for which you want to display variance data. By default, the analytics include data for all OBS elements that are mapped to WBS elements.
You can select from the OBS elements that are mapped to the WBS (the lowest level) or from consolidated organizations at either of the two organization hierarchy levels that your system administrator set up when implementing these analytics.
To select one or more consolidated organizations or OBS elements for which you want to analyze data, complete the following steps:

If the
Organization list does not display items the level you want, right-click
in the upper-right corner of the list and select the correct level.

Do one of the following:
- To select one consolidated organization or OBS element, click it.
- To select multiple organizations or OBS elements if the ones you want are listed together in the Organization list, click the first organization or element and hold down the mouse button as you drag the selection over the others.
- To select multiple organizations or OBS elements if they are not listed together in the Organization list, press and hold the
CTRL key as you click each one.
