Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the My Career Path Screen

You can access your My Career Path screen on the Career Center menu. Managers can see direct reports paths on the My Employees screen.

Depending on permissions, career paths may also be accessible from the Development tab of the Total Talent Profile, and from within Continuous Feedback sessions. Managers can career paths for direct reports from the Development tab of My Employees.

To display your My Career Path:

  1. Click Career Center > Career Development > Career Paths.
