Table Columns Tab of the Control Account Analysis Options Dialog Box

The Table Columns tab of the Control Account Analysis Options dialog box allows you to select the fields that will be displayed on the report.

All tabs on the Report Options dialog box share some common options and buttons.

Display Table Below Chart

Select this check box to display the table columns below the chart.

Click the drop-down arrow to display the following options: 

  • Print — Select this option to display the Print Preview form with the grid’s contents displayed.

  • Export to Excel — Select this option to display the Microsoft Excel application with the grid’s contents displayed.

Move to Top

Click this button to reset the record selector or grid pointer to the first record.

Find

Click this button to search the field column for the text specified on the Find Column dialog box.

Find Next

Click this button to search for the next record that meets the criteria previously entered in the Find Column dialog box.

Grid Columns

Field Name

Description

Select

Select this check box to specify the fields to be displayed in the table columns.

Column Name

Use this column to view the available column names.

Line 1 Heading

Enter the report heading to be used in the report.

Line 2 Heading

Enter the secondary report heading to be used in the report.

Width

Enter the width of the column in either inches or millimeters based on the Unit of Measure field in the Layout tab folder.

Format

Use this column to specify the format for the date, currency and number columns.

Alignment

Use this column to specify the data alignment for the column. You can select Left, Center, or Right alignment.

Type

Use this column to view the type of column being used in the report. You can view a Standard, User-Defined or Calculated type of grid.

Click to move a record up or down the list.

Left Margin for First Column

Use this column to specify the number of inches or millimeters from the left margin to indent the data for the table columns.
