Use the Fields tab of the Projects form to view, enter, and update labels for control account and work package fields, and (for Cobra projects visible in PM Compass only) to establish labels for Control Account Codes and for Work Package Codes. The field names on this tab are written with square brackets to indicate that these are known system labels, which are user-defined labels for system-wide entities in PM Compass.
All tabs of the Projects Form View share a common toolbar.
All of these fields are optional. They are non-editable for Cobra projects visible in PM Compass, and editable for projects established in PM Compass.
Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters. The value of this field represents all instances of "[Control Account] Field 1" in PM Compass. The square brackets indicate that it is a user-defined label. For example, when the Schedule tool on the Schedule Integration tab is Open Plan, the value of this field becomes the label of the first field in the Link to the Cost System Fields block.
For projects set up initially in Cobra, this field displays the contents of PROGRAM.CA_ID1. In addition, this field is not required unless Control Account Field 2 or Control Account Field 3 field has a value.
Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters. The value of this field represents all instances of "[Control Account] Field 2" in PM Compass. For example, when the Schedule tool on the Schedule Integration tab is Open Plan, the value of this field becomes the label of the second field (from left to right) in the Link to the Cost System Fields block.
When the value of the Cost System field is equal to Cobra and the project is established in PM Compass, the Control Account Field 2 field is enabled.
When the project is initially established in Cobra and made visible in PM Compass, the Control Account Field 2 field displays the value established for the project in Cobra.
The Cost System field is on the General tab of the System Settings form.

For example, when the Schedule tool on the Schedule Integration tab is Open Plan, the value of this field becomes the label of the third field (from left to right) in the Link to the Cost System Fields block.
When the value of the Cost System field is equal to Cobra and the project is established in PM Compass, the Control Account Field 3 field is enabled.
When the project is initially established in Cobra and made visible in PM Compass, the Control Account Field 3 field displays the value established for the project in Cobra.
Enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters. The value of this field represents all instances of "[Work Package]" in PM Compass. For example, when the Schedule tool on the Schedule Integration tab is Open Plan, the value of this field becomes the label of the second field (from top to bottom) in the Link to the Cost System Fields block on the Schedule Integration tab.
When the value of the Cost System field is equal to Cobra for projects established in PM Compass, the Work Package field is enabled with no default.
For new projects, this field is enabled but does not have a default value.
When the project is initially established in Cobra, the Work Package field displays the value established for the project in Cobra.
Enter a control account code label. There are nine control account code fields available. This grid is only visible when the value of the Cost System field is equal to Cobra, and only enabled for projects initially set up in PM Compass. For projects set up in Cobra and made visible in PM Compass, it is read-only.
All Cobra projects get label sets from Cobra.
