The Windows Login Credential dialog box is prompted before the Deltek PM Compass Login dialog box when the following conditions occur:
The client and server are in different non-trusted domains
The client is connecting via the Internet
The server is in a domain and the client is not in a domain
To enter your windows login credentials:
Enter your username.
Enter your password. The password is displayed as ‘*’ (asterisks) to maintain security and the authenticity of the user. This field is case sensitive.
Enter your domain or the network group of which you are a part/member.
Click OK.
After authentication has succeeded, the PM Compass Login dialog box displays.
