The Windows Login Credential dialog box is prompted before the PM Compass login screen when the following conditions occur:
The client and server are in different non-trusted domains.
The client is connecting via the Internet.
The server is in a domain and the client is not in a domain.
You must enter the valid credentials such as Username, Password and Domain before proceeding to the Deltek PM Compass Login screen.
Enter your Username using all lowercase, all uppercase or a combination of lowercase and uppercase. letters.
Enter your password. The Password is displayed as ‘*’ (asterisks) to maintain security and authenticity of the user. This field is case sensitive.
Enter your Domain or the network group where you are a part/member of.
Click this button to confirm the credentials you entered. Once authentication has succeeded then the Deltek PM Compass Login screen displays.
