Assignment and History Field Descriptions

When the workflow starts, PM Compass creates an assignment record for each assignee in the step. You can view these records in the Assignment grid on a workflow Progress tab. When a step completes, PM Compass creates a history record. You can view these records by clicking the History button on the Progress tab.

Field Name

Description

Reminder Date

This is the day when PM Compass sent the last notification and used it to determine when to deliver the next reminder notice.

Assigned User

This indicates the currently assigned user.

Parent ID

This is the ID where the child workflow is an assignment.

Parent Workflow Step

This is the workflow step where the child workflow is an assignment.

Responsibility

This is the label for the field in User Defined Data or User Field Mapping.  

Is a Delegate

This indicates that the assignee is a delegate of the original assignee.

Is Rejected

This indicates that the record is rejected.

Approval/Reject Comment

This displays the comment that a user entered when the workflow was last approved or rejected.
