When the workflow starts, PM Compass creates an assignment record for each assignee in the step. You can view these records in the Assignment grid on a workflow Progress tab. When a step completes, PM Compass creates a history record. You can view these records by clicking the History button on the Progress tab.

Is a Delegate |
This indicates that the assignee is a delegate of the original assignee. |
Is Rejected |
This indicates that the record is rejected. |
Approval/Reject Comment |
This displays the comment that a user entered when the workflow was last approved or rejected. |
