The Tabs tab of the User-Defined Data form allows you to view or modify the available list of standard and custom tabs on the Projects form. When you access User-Defined Data, this tab displays by default but all fields are disabled. You need to select Projects from the Area drop-down list to enable them on this tab. Initially, the Area field is empty. Clicking the Tabs tab displays the following grid and buttons:

This grid displays all available standard and custom tabs. The order of the tabs in this grid determines the default vertical order of the tabs in the individual forms of the selected area.
For Standard tabs, you can only rename and re-order them. You cannot create and delete these tabs.
For Custom tabs, you can create, delete, rename, and reorder them.

Insert |
Click this button to add a custom tab to the existing PM Compass tabs. |
Move Up |
Select a tab and then click this button to move up the tab heading according to your preferred location in the grid. This action affects the default horizontal order of the tabs on the Projects form. |
Move Down |
Select a tab and then click this button to move down the tab heading according to your preferred location in the grid. This action affects the default horizontal order of the tabs on the Projects form. |
Restore |
Select a tab and then click this button to restore its corresponding default value. |
Delete |
Select a custom tab and then click this button to delete the tab heading. You cannot delete a standard tab or any tab that has fields assigned to it. |
