Description

Print

Select this option from the Workflows drop-down list to display the Print Preview window of the corresponding grid's content.

Export to Excel

Select this option from the Workflows drop-down list to display the content of the corresponding grid in Microsoft Excel.

Associate

Click this button on the toolbar to associate a link with the workflow. Clicking this button displays the Workflow Search dialog box. You can select multiple workflows by pressing either the CTRL key or the SHIFT key and clicking the selected control account.

A link associated with the workflow is also associated with the control account, activity, and project to which the workflow belongs. If the workflow has a control account or activity, the control account or activity’s project is also associated with the link. This condition, however, only takes effect when you click Save. Moreover, this is only applicable to any workflow with the Project, Activity, and Control Account fields.

Remove

Click this button on the toolbar to remove the association. Removing a link’s association only removes that particular association. This is regardless of where the link is associated.

This button is disabled if there is no record in the grid.
