Use this dialog box to map the fields in the import file to the fields in the database.
This read-only check box displays your selection for the same file type on the Schedule Import form.

Move Up |
Select this button to move the contents of the Destination Field for the selected row one row up. |
Move Down |
Select this button to move the contents of the Destination Field for the selected row one row down. |
Note that clicking Move Up or Move Down moves only the content of the Destination Field and not the entire row.

Column Number |
This is an auto-number field that has an initial value of 1 for the first row. The succeeding rows are numbered accordingly with increments of 1. |
Row 1 Contents |
If you select the File Contains a Header Row check box and the file has a header row, this column displays the header values of the import file. If the file does not have a header row, this column displays the values on the first row of the import file. |
Destination Field |
Select the field where you want to map the corresponding field in the import file. |
You cannot change the sorting of the row.
You can change the column widths by adjusting the column header lines.
You can rearrange the columns by dragging a column over the other columns.
You can freeze the column
by clicking
in the column
header, and unfreeze it by clicking
.
Click this button to set the field mapping selections you made and to close the Field Mapper dialog box. The Cost Data Import form displays.
Click this button to discard the mapping selections you made and to close the Field Mapper dialog box.
