View Scheduled, User-Initiated, or Notification Alerts

To view scheduled alerts created by the step actions on the Workflow Steps tab of the Workflow Type Configuration:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Alerts » Scheduled alerts. The Schedule Alerts form displays.

  2. From the Area drop-down list select Assignments. This populates the Alerts and Actions grid. The description for each scheduled alert indicates the step, the notification type, and the workflow type.

To view user-initiated or notification alerts created from Workflow Type Configuration:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Alerts » User-Initiated alerts. The User-Initiated Alerts form displays.

  2. From the Area drop-down list select Action Item. This populates the Alerts and Actions grid. The description for each scheduled alert indicates the step, the notification type, and the workflow type.
