SQL Expression Builder Dialog Box

To display the SQL Expression Builder dialog box from Alerts grid:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Alerts »  Scheduled or User-Initiated Alerts »  Alerts grid.

2. Click Insert. This populates the Alerts grid.

3. In the Alerts grid, click the ellipsis icon inside the Conditions Column. The Conditions dialog box displays.

4. Click Insert.

5. Click the ellipsis icon inside the Expression column of the Conditions dialog box. The SQL Expression Builder dialog box displays.

To display the SQL Expression Builder dialog box from the Actions grid:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Alerts » Scheduled or User-Initiated Alerts » Actions grid.

2. On the Actions grid toolbar, click Insert.

3. Select any of the options from the pop-up list and  complete the required data.

4. Click OK from the selected option's dialog box. A row should be inserted in the Actions grid.

5. In the Action grid, click the ellipsis icon inside the Conditions column. The Conditions dialog box displays.

6. Click Insert.

7. Click the ellipsis icon inside the Expression column. The SQL Expression Builder dialog box displays.
