The default workflow types have workflow steps setup to use project code assignments for roles such as the PCA and the Project Manager. You can use these steps to select users who have this responsibility.
To assign project-level codes to a project:
On the Navigation menu, click Projects ยป Projects.
Select the project and click Form View.
On the Code Assignments tab, enter, or use the Search icon, to assign a user to each role.
Click Save.
