Modify a Change Request Type to Support Multiple Control Accounts

A change request can only span a single Open Plan project. If there are many Open Plan projects to one PM Compass project, all selected control accounts as well as all activities that feed those control accounts must be contained within the same Open Plan project. See Add Multiple Control Accounts to a Change Request for more information about change requests with multiple control accounts.

To modify a change request type to support multiple control accounts:

1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Workflow Type Configuration.

2. Navigate to your change request type.

3. On the General tab, change the Relationship with Other Workflows to Workflow Can be a Parent.

4. In Multiple Control Accounts: Generate this workflow type, select the Control Account Change or a similarly configured change request type.

5. Click Save.
