Create Alerts for Past Due Workflows

You can create alerts in PM compass for past due workflows.

To create an alert for a past due workflow:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป Workflow type Configuration.

  2. On the Workflow Type Configuration Workflow Steps tab, click the Insert button on the Actions grid.

  3. Select Past Due Notification.

  4. On the Add Past Due Alert dialog box, enter the required information.

  5. Click Save.
