Use this procedure to set the maximum number of records that Deltek PM Compass retrieves and displays on a view or a Search dialog box at a time. This can improve system performance, but you should use it with caution because it can cause confusion.

To define the number of records to display at a time, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป System Settings.
On the System Settings form in the Search Limits group box, select the appropriate check boxes and then enter the maximum value that you prefer.
Click Save.
