Set Grid Lines

Some reports are easier to read if you generate them with grid lines separating data fields.

To display grid lines between rows and columns, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Report Options dialog box, click the Layout tab.

  2. In the Miscellaneous group box, select Show Grid Lines on Report.

  3. After you set all report options, click Apply.
