To select the page orientation for a report, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Reports.
Click the type of reports to display: Cost Analysis, Workflow, Schedule, or Progress.
When the Reporting form displays, click a field in the Options column to display .
Click to display the Report Options dialog box.
When the Report Options dialog box displays, click the Layout tab.
In Orientation, select one of the following settings:
Automatic — PM Compass selects the most appropriate orientation based on the columns you select for the report, the page size, and the margins. If the columns fit across the narrow dimension of the page, PM Compass uses portrait orientation. If the columns do not fir across the narrow dimension, PM Compass uses the landscape orientation.
Portrait — Select this option if you always want the long dimension of the page to be vertical.
Landscape — Select this option if you always want the long dimension of the page to be horizontal.
After you set all report options, click Apply.
