This procedure allows you to specify scheduled settings and parameters used to schedule an export.

To schedule an export, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration » General Import and Export » Schedule Export. The Schedule Export form displays on the right pane. The General tab displays by default.
Verify if the displayed record pertains to the configuration that you want to export. If it is not, in the Search field, enter the configuration name and then press ENTER to display the record. Alternatively, you can click beside the field to display the Configuration Search dialog box and then search for the record.
Click the Scheduled Exports tab.
Click Schedule an Export. The Schedule dialog box displays.
Enter specific settings you need for this scheduled process.
Main — Click this tab if you want to modify the description or start time for the process, place the process on hold, send process status email alerts, or indicate whether you want to submit to a profile.
Recurrence — This tab displays by default. You can make the scheduled export a recurring activity, and indicate the pattern of the run and other related settings.
Parameters — Click this tab to display the parameters or fields that will be used for the scheduled export process.
When you are done, click OK. The dialog box closes and the scheduled export run then displays in the Queue Processes grid. You can also view the status of the process in this grid.
