To view scheduled alerts created by the step actions on the Workflow Steps tab of the Workflow Type Configuration, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Alerts » Scheduled alerts. The Schedule Alerts form displays.
To view user-initiated or notification alerts created from Workflow Type Configuration, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Alerts » User-Initiated alerts. The User-Initiated Alerts form displays.
