Timesheet Reports/Inquiries
From the Timesheet Reports/Inquiries menu, access inquiry and report screens that help you analyze information such as labor charges, activities of employees, and utilization hours.

Use the Timesheet Status screen to review all timesheet status information by employee group and class, print a timesheet status report, and send a task or e-mail notification to the employee or supervisor regarding the status of a timesheet.
If you are a supervisor, use the Timesheet Correction Status screen to review and manage timesheet correction requests from employees who report to you. You can approve or reject the employee's request.
Supervisors use this screen to review the activity of their employees. They can both drill down through the details of labor charges in various ways and print a subtotaling report for all or selected employees who report to them.
Project managers use this inquiry screen to review the activity of their charges and to drill down through the details of labor charges.
Use this screen to view/print timesheet utilization hours, either standard or actual, by date range and the utilization and employees selected. You can also drill down through the results to view employee-specific information.
Use this screen to print timesheets based on a specific UDT and for a specific timesheet period. You can suppress the charge descriptions, and include any line and/or cell comments and audit information.
Use this screen to select timesheets by invoice number and charge so that they can be printed as a backup document for billings.
Use the Interim Timesheets screen to view or print a list of interim timesheets. Interim timesheets are those that are signed on an interim basis by someone other than the employee for whom the timesheet was entered.
Audit Floor Check History Report
The Audit-Floor Check History report displays floor check results that were captured when Notifications were sent from Daily Floor Check.
Audit-Leave Request Information Report
The Audit-Leave Request Information report displays historical information for a given date range related to leave requests by role.
Audit-Timesheet Correction Information
Use the Audit-Timesheet Correction Information report to display details that were automatically saved to a backend audit table during the timesheet correction workflow process.
Audit-Timesheet Automated Approvals
Use the Audit-Timesheet Automated Approvals report to display details that were automatically saved to a backend audit table when timesheets were approved using the Dela automated approval process.
