Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Shipping Information Tab

Use this tab whenever parts are slated for sale to customers outside of the company.

Shipping Information

Field Description
Weight

Enter the shipping weight for the selected item, or leave blank.

Height

Enter the shipping height for the selected item, or leave blank.

Width

Enter the shipping width for the selected item, or leave blank.

Depth

Enter the shipping depth for the selected item, or leave blank.

Weight U/M

Enter, or click to select, the shipping weight unit of measure for the selected item.

Dimensional U/M

Enter, or click to select, the shipping dimension unit of measure for the selected item.

Shipping Lot Size

Enter the customary shipping lot size in which this item is shipped.

Shipping Tolerance

Enter the percentage by which a shipment is allowed to be over quantity.

For example, if the item is normally shipped in quantities of 100, a shipping tolerance of 10 percent means that a lot size of 110 is acceptable.

Special Instructions

Enter free-form instructions for the shipping of this item.
