Expense Details Tab
Use the Expense Details tab to enter required and optional information about the expense.
The fields that display on the tab depend on the type and category of expense you selected. To learn more about the fields for a specific expense type, refer to the related topics below.

Use the Details Tab to enter details about the transportation expense.

Use the Meal Details tab to enter required and optional information about the expense. Certain fields described below display only for per diem expenses. These exceptions are noted.
