Expense Details Tab

Use the Expense Details tab to enter required and optional information about the expense.

The fields that display on the tab depend on the type and category of expense you selected. To learn more about the fields for a specific expense type, refer to the related topics below.

The Outstanding Expenses table displays expenses that are available to claim on the expense report.

Air/Rail Details Tab

Use the Details Tab to enter details about the transportation expense.

Car Rental Details

Use the Details Tab to enter details about the car rental expense.

Lodging Details Tab

Use the Details Tab to enter details about the lodging expense.

Meals Details Tab

Use the Meal Details tab to enter required and optional information about the expense. Certain fields described below display only for per diem expenses. These exceptions are noted.

Miscellaneous Details Tab

Use the Details Tab to enter details about miscellaneous expenses, such as parking or mileage.
