Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Attachments Subtask

Use the subtask to view file attachments for the verification of the employee's vaccination status or vaccination exemption.

Field Description
File Name This field displays the system-generated name created by Costpoint for the file attachment.
Original File Name This field displays the original file name of the attachment.
Completed By This field displays the Costpoint user ID of the person who attached the file.
Attach Click this button to upload a file that was or will be used to verify the employee's vaccination status or vaccination exemption.
Remove Click this button to delete a previously uploaded file attachment. The file will be deleted when you save the record.
View Click this button to display the file attachment.
